The Sundance Kitchen and Deli is entirely vegetarian, mostly vegan, and features many raw foods as well. The prepackaged (“grab-and-go”) cooler is available from 7 AM until closing time at 11 PM. The soup, green salad, raw entrée, and prepared salad bar is open from 9 AM until 8:30 PM, and the hot buffet is available from 11 AM until 8:30 PM.

Sundance Deli provides a self service salad bar with prepared salads ranging from sesame noodle salad to gourmet raw selections, and a ‘build your own’ salad bar with fresh greens, shoots, veggies, toppings and homemade dressings.
The Sundance hot buffet offers organic macaroni and cheese, home fry baked potato wedges, whole grains, five entree selections daily, hot soups and chili.
Our “grab and go” case offers quick healthy sandwiches, wraps, snacks and desserts that can be eaten on the go or taken home for dinner or to augment your meal.
