Sundance is a traditional natural food store, specializing in whole, minimally processed organic foods, organic and wild-crafted locally grown produce, conscientiously produced supplements, and cruelty-free body care products. We feature gluten-free, low-salt, vegan, macrobiotic, and ethnic foods. We have a large selection of organic dairy and cheese, and dairy alternatives.
Our Mission
Sundance is an organization grounded in the mission to be “individuals nourishing community nourishing individuals.” This mission was created by the entire staff in 1986 during a marathon meeting, presided over by community activist Vern Ho.
This mission encompasses our intention to provide nourishing food as well as a nourishing social experience for our customers, staff, vendors and service providers.
We focus on providing food that is organically grown, minimally processed, equitably and sustainably produced, cruelty-free, and locally sourced. We respect individuality and celebrate our commonality.
