The Sundance Produce department is committed to offering exclusively organic produce, complemented by unique wildcrafted treasures like wild mushrooms. The Willamette Valley, renowned for its rich soils and long-standing dedication to organic farming, nurtures some of the most exceptional Certified Organic farms in the country. We’re incredibly fortunate to partner with many of these dedicated growers to showcase the incredible diversity and quality of organic agriculture in our region.
Our Mission
Sundance is an organization grounded in the mission to be “individuals nourishing community nourishing individuals.” This mission was created by the entire staff in 1986 during a marathon meeting, presided over by community activist Vern Ho.
This mission encompasses our intention to provide nourishing food as well as a nourishing social experience for our customers, staff, vendors and service providers.
We focus on providing food that is organically grown, minimally processed, equitably and sustainably produced, cruelty-free, and locally sourced. We respect individuality and celebrate our commonality.
